For her Boston Globe column “Findings” in the lifestyle section, she writes about “health, home, and work” including fitness and wellness, relationships, family, etc. based on research papers published within the last six weeks. If not breaking news, it needs to not have been covered widely by other major US media outlets. One example--"I think I love you, but I’m considering my options"--came from a story she found on Newswise.

For her work for IEEE Spectrum blog, called The Human OS she looks for biomedical stories about the interaction of technology and health. This includes wearable devices, diagnostics and big data.
