Katherine is looking for pitches related to earth and space science. Topics can include natural disasters like tsunami, earthquakes, etc., glaciers, ocean science, upcoming space missions, volcanoes, and "historical" science such as events that occurred in the past.

Katherine is a science communicator and astrophysicist. She has written about next-generation telescopes, drones that fly through volcanic plumes, and fertility-preservation research. Her work has appeared in Science, Scientific American, Discover, Wired, Astronomy, and Sky & Telescope.
