EVENT DESCRIPTION
The readership of Women's Health is mainly 20 to mid 40's age women who are looking for motivation and inspiration to make positive changes in their lives. The magazine covers health, nutrition and fitness and the intersection of those areas. She suggested feature ideas (she works on the print version so wants to know: “If based on a study what is the broader story?”) with four themes, but will accept stories outside these:
• Mental wellness, this could be happiness, loneliness, meditation, stress reduction, strategies for dealing with anxiety, etc.
• Reproductive health, fertility, contraception, peri-menopause, “should I freeze or not?” The magazine does not cover pregnancy or children's health
• The “new organ” interstitium and fascia and its role in both fitness and health
• Sleep
